As the Trust's CEO, Lois leads and oversees the educational performance of the trust and all of its academies by providing strong strategic leadership towards the trust’s vision and goals.

As the Trust's named Accounting Officer, Lois is accountable for ensuring the trust fulfils the statutory and regulatory responsibilities set out in the Academy Trust Handbook, ensuring the responsible and appropriate use of public funds and planning, implementing and monitoring the trust’s internal and external financial reporting.

As the Trust's CFOO, Kevin leads the non-academic operations of the trust and holds responsibility for the financial development, sustainability and probity of the organisation.

Kevin leads and manages the trust’s finance and business operations, supporting and enabling the trust to work effectively towards its aims.

Martin serves as the Executive Headteacher of both Stisted and Finchingfield primary academies.
