Executive Pay

It is a requirement of the Academy Trust Handbook for trusts to publish the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100,000 for the previous year ending on 31 August.  Benefits for this purpose include salary, employers’ pension contributions and other taxable benefits and termination payments.  

For the previous year ending 31st August 2023:

£110,000 to £120,000 0
£120,000 to £130,000 1
£130,000 to £140,000 0
£140,000 to £150,000 0
£150,000+ 0

Off-payroll arrangements

It is a requirement of the Academy Trust Handbook for trusts to publish any off payroll payments over £100,000.  For example, where the trust has entered into an off-payroll arrangement with someone who is not an employee.
