It is a requirement of the Academy Trust Handbook for trusts to publish the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100,000 for the previous year ending on 31 August 2025.  Benefits for this purpose include salary, employers’ pension contributions and other taxable benefits and termination payments.  

It is a requirement of the Academy Trust Handbook for trusts to publish any off payroll payments over £100,000.  For example, where the trust has entered into an off-payroll arrangement with someone who is not an employee.
